Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
Welcome to Fitofy (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect,
use, and protect your information when you use the Fitofy mobile application
(package: com.nadimshahofficial.IWT) available on Android and iOS.
By using Fitofy, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

Account Information
- Email address and display name (when you register with email/password or Google Sign-In)
- Google account profile information (name, email) if you choose Google Sign-In
Fitness & Activity Data
- Walk session data — duration, step count, estimated calories burned
- Exercise session data — exercises performed, sets completed, total time
- Office reminder history — number of alerts triggered per day
Device & Usage Data
- Device type and operating system version (collected automatically by Firebase)
- App usage analytics (crash reports, performance data via Firebase)
Payment Data
- Payment confirmation ID from Razorpay (we do not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details)
- Premium activation timestamp and expiry date

Fitofy integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

🔐 4. App Permissions

No permission is used for any purpose beyond what is described above.
💳 5. Payments & Premium
Fitofy Premium is available as a one-time payment of ₹129 processed securely through Razorpay. We do not handle or store any payment card details, UPI credentials, or net banking information on our servers.
Upon successful payment, Razorpay returns a payment confirmation ID which we store in your Firestore profile solely to verify and activate your Premium status.
🛡️ 6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS).
Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated user account. We implement Firestore security rules to ensure no other user can read or modify your data.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
🗂️ 7. Data Retention
We retain your account and fitness data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal data from our Firestore database within 30 days.
Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (e.g. crash reports) may be retained longer for app improvement purposes and cannot be linked back to you.
👶 8. Children’s Privacy
Fitofy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
✅ 9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — update inaccurate information via your profile settings
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Opt-out of ads — upgrade to Premium to remove all advertisements

📝 10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or email.
Continued use of Fitofy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
