Who Was Jessica Aber?

She was nominated as the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia by President Joe Biden in August 2021. She was unanimously confirmed by the Senate and quickly became a well-respected figure in the legal community.

Aber’s legal career began in 2009 when she joined EDVA as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, handling cases related to financial fraud, public corruption, violent crime, and child exploitation.
